What Happened?
On March 26, 2021, Paul was sitting in traffic on I-95 highway when he noticed movement behind him and quickly looked up at his rearview mirror. The driver behind him was not paying attention and was speeding towards Paul! The other driver finally saw Paul’s vehicle, but it was too late. The car smashed into the rear of Paul’s vehicle and pushed his vehicle into the car in front of him. The entire front and back of Paul’s vehicle was damaged and had to be towed from the scene. Paul went to Bridgeport Hospital for evaluation, treatment, and was released home with pain medication.
As a result of the accident, Paul injured his neck, back, left shoulder, left knee, and head. He had constant neck pain that would radiate to the left shoulder. His back pain radiated to the lower left extremity and felt worse when bending, lying flat, lifting, prolonged sitting/standing, turning side to side, and driving. Paul struck his left knee against the dashboard during the accident, which caused him immense pain afterwards to use the stairs, stand for a long period of time, and walk. He also suffered from recurrent headaches every night with eye pain. Paul attended therapy, underwent pain management injections, and underwent surgery to his left knee.
Initially, Paul hired a different law firm. Soon enough he realized that he chose the wrong attorney. Paul’s friend recommended him to The Case Handler team since his friend had a great experience working with us! With the help of our Westport highway accident lawyers at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP, Paul’s medical bills were paid, he recovered his lost wages, and he recovered the MAXIMUM amount of insurance available!
