What Happened?
On March 24, 2017, Greg was waiting at a red light to turn left at the intersection of West Street and Murray Street. He was working for Uber at the time and was on his way to pick up a passenger. While he was waiting at the light, a tour bus that was also trying to turn left crashed into the side of Greg’s car (sideswipe accident). The driver of the tour bus lied to the police and claimed that Greg swerved in front of him. Greg later went to the hospital to have his injuries evaluated.
As a result of the accident, Greg suffered a herniated disc and two bulging discs in his lower back. He also suffered a spine sprain and strain. Greg received pain management injections to his spine to ease the pain he was feeling. He continues to be a candidate for future pain management and surgical intervention for his injuries. Greg was confined to his bed for three weeks after the accident and was unable to work for that time frame.
Greg was unsure about what to do with his case until he decided to call our team to speak with Adam Handler. Adam reassured him that his case was worth fighting for. With the help of The Case Handler team, Greg was able to focus on his health while our team took care of the intricate legal process. We helped prove that the other driver was at fault, and not Greg’s fault. In the end, our team helped Greg recover $32,500.00!
