What Happened?
On October 28, 2020, Paulina was driving northbound in the left lane of Interstate 95 in Rye, New York. A driver in the middle lane next to her made an unsafe and illegal lane change into the left lane, crossing over double white lines and crashing into Paulina’s car, causing it to tilt to the left. As she braked to avoid further damage, Paulina was struck again by another vehicle.
