The Facts
n February 4th, 2019, Tiffany was driving to pick up her son from school. As she was driving on Sutter Avenue with the right of way, a speeding vehicle failed to completely stop at a stop sign and crashed into the driver’s side of Tiffany’s vehicle! She lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a nearby parked car. Tiffany instantly felt pain in her back. When the police arrived, the other driver told them that he did stop at the stop sign and barely went forward to get a better view of oncoming traffic when Tiffany crashed into his car.
