What Happened?
On June 25, 2016, Angie was traveling on Interstate 495 in Nassau County as a backseat passenger in a car with three of her friends. Angie remembers talking to her friend and next thing she remembers is waking up in the hospital wanting to eat French fries! According to accident reports, Angie was cut off by another car on the highway and causing it to swerve off the road striking a few trees and the end of the guard rail. Angie and the other three occupants were taken by ambulance to Nassau University Medical Center.
Angie suffered a broken right arm and a laceration to her left eye which required multiple stitches and surgery.
Angie’s dad has been listening to Adam on the radio for many years and trusted The Case Handler team to handle his daughter’s legal matter appropriately. With Adam’s extensive legal knowledge and years of experience helping accident victims (both drivers and passengers) in single-car accidents, Adam Handler – The Case Handler – helped ensure that all of Angie’s medical care, therapy, and lost time from work was covered by the no-fault insurance! In addition, The Case Handler team obtained the Maximum Policy Limit Settlement from the insurance company!
