“Adam is the best lawyer out there! I knew I could always depend on him every time I called and he is very easy to talk to. I’m very satisfied and I highly recommend Adam to everyone.”

What Happened?
On December 20, 2022, Danielle was driving someone else’s vehicle for work to pick up food and she was in the left lane. Suddenly, a vehicle in the right lane attempted to make a left turn without indication, colliding with Danielle’s car on the front passenger’s side. The other driver told the police that Danielle was the one who “attempted to go around the driver’s side,” causing the accident when they tried to turn left. After the accident, Danielle went to urgent care where she received evaluation, treatment, and was discharged with a prescription for pain medication.
The accident resulted in injuries to her neck and back. She described her neck pain as sharp and deep, with a pressure around her neck that radiated down her right arm. Lower back pain followed, described as constant, shooting, and burning, which also radiated down her legs. She struggled with difficulty sleeping, concentrating, and performing daily activities. Despite several months of physical therapy that provided mild to moderate relief, conservative treatment failed, leading to pain management injections and lower back surgery.
