What Happened?
Morris J. was driving on Utica Avenue in Brooklyn, NY when he was rear-ended by another vehicle that was trying to catch the light on July 20, 2015. Morris did not go to the emergency room, but suffered multiple injuries to his knees, chest, shoulders, neck and lower back. The pain from his injuries caused difficulty using his hands/fingers, turning his head, sleeping, concentrating and sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time. As a driver by trade, you can imagine how painful working was for Morris with his limited range of motion in his neck and severe pain he was experiencing in his hands/fingers.
Subsequent medical examination showed that Morris suffered injuries such as:
- Lumbar spine disc bulge and right foraminal herniation
- T2-3: Broad based central disc herniation with anterior thecal sac impingement
- Left knee high grade cartilage tear, sprain, and other injuries
- Cervical spine disc bulges and disc herniation
As a past client who was happy with the hard work and results he received in his first case, Morris went straight to The Case Handler to handle his case again. Mr. Handler obtained the FULL POLICY LIMITS of $100,000 within only a few months! Thank you Morris for trusting our team again and we wish you and your lovely wife a bright future ahead.
