What Happened?
It all happened on a cold winter evening when Annette was on her way to pick up her son. She was driving northbound on Nathaniel Place in New Jersey when she stopped due to traffic, and the vehicle behind her collided into the rear of her car. “Oh no… not again,” Annette thought. Lightning struck twice in the same place; this was her second car accident! The driver who caused the collision came out of his car and profusely apologized. She was in shock and did not start experiencing pain immediately. The following day her pain was so unbearable, that she had to go to Englewood Hospital Emergency Room.
Annette’s pain was so severe that she had to undergo surgery on her left shoulder in which the doctors inserted a device to remove damaged tissue. Additionally, the doctors had to decrease the inflammation in her shoulder by draining some of the synovial fluid from the joint space. To this day, she is unable to pick up anything that is too heavy.
Luckily, Annette had a friend who knew of the reputation of Adam Handler “The Handler” and recommended that she reach out to the team. Annette conducted her research and without hesitation, she retained him as her attorney. She was happy, satisfied, and ecstatic with the result of her case. Notwithstanding the fact that she was involved in a prior accident 10 years before, Annette was able to recover $50,000.00 for her injuries. Her case is a perfect example of the well-known phrase, “teamwork makes the dream work.” She was instrumental in obtaining the medical records from her previous car accident, which allowed The Case Handler team to critically analyze, differentiate, and substantiate a reason for a higher settlement.
